- The installation is not completed when the event starts.
- The furniture choice is confirmed, but not available on the day of the event.
- The furniture is damaged or in poor condition.
- There is an error during delivery: missing equipment, wrong color or quantity.
- The order is incomplete during a pickup at the warehouse.
It's not a fail if we managed to solve the issue in time without causing any harm to you. If you believe there are serious consequences, then it is considered a fail.

At the end of the setup, the team leader will ask you to stamp the ZéroFail stamp on the delivery note to confirm that the DX team has upheld our brand promise in delivering your project.
